Sensei Menik and Darius Kazakos spent time training with grand masters in Okinawa , Japan, the home of karate.
Belfast Karate Club's Annual Grading will take place on 20th June 2020. Sensei Greg Durant, 8th Dan, preside. A course will be held from 10.00 a.m to 11.30 a.m, before the grading at 12 noon.

The annual International Karate Championship will be held at Ardww, Co. Louth, and NKC will participate. The date of the competition will be informed in advance in January 2020.
